Qantas is stepping up the frequency of its services on the Brisbane-Los Angeles-Brisbane over the 2020 New Year.
Currently the airlines offers 10 Boeing 787-9 services a week – the daily QF15/16 and the thrice weekly QF55/56.
Between Thursday, January 2, 2020 and Saturday, February 4, 2020, the QF55/56 service will operate six times a week, that’s one service shy of a double daily between the two cities over the busy holiday month.
The Qantas Brisbane-Los Angeles-Brisbane timetable over this period will be as follows:

After January 26,2020, the frequency of QF55/56 varies, dropping back to two or three times weekly throughout February 2020.
However, on February 9, 2020, Qantas will begin its direct Brisbane-San Francisco-Brisbane flights. These flights will operate three times a week. Two months later, on April 20, 2020, direct flights to Chicago will begin.
